I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your package — I completely understand how frustrating that can be. According to the Post Office tracking information, your order was delivered to the address provided.

Sometimes packages are mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, placed behind a planter or porch area, or picked up by another household member. I recommend checking around your property and with neighbors first.

If you still can’t locate it, the best next step is to contact your local Post Office directly. They can often speak with the delivery driver and provide details about where the package was left. Unfortunately, once a package shows as “delivered,” we have limited ability to file a claim on our end.
