Why use Stone & Grout Sealer?

  • No need to do a restorative cleaning as often if you seal.

  • Protects against stains, allowing you to clean up the mess before it penetrates into the grout or stone.

  • It will keep you stone or grout looking great for a much longer time.

  • Stone & Grout Sealer is water based, you do not want a solvent based sealer they smell very bad!

Tips & Tricks to Seal a Floor With Stone & Grout Sealer

  • Wait 24 hrs. after cleaning to seal your grout or stone.

  • Use a paint brush or our sealer brush that attaches to an American Standard Pole.

  • Shake up Sealer and pour into clean bucket.

  • Dip brush into sealer and brush along grout lines or entire stone.

  • Seal 20 to 30 sq. ft. at a time.

  • Allow Sealer to penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Then take a mop or towel and wipe it off the surface.

  • Put 2 or 3 coats for more protection.

Tips & Tricks to Seal a Shower With Stone & Grout Sealer

  • Wait 24 hrs. after cleaning to seal your grout or stone.

  • Wait 48 to 72 hrs. after sealing to shower after sealing (unless that is your only shower then please still shower😆)

  • Shake up Sealer and pour into clean bucket.

  • Use our sealer brush to apply sealer or good paint brush.

  • Start painting sealer onto grout lines or entire stone if it is natural stone.

  • Let the sealer sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Take a towel and wipe down tiles.

  • Put 2 or 3 coats for more protection.

No, If the grout has a color seal on it, it will not have to be sealed. There is a thin layer of paint over the grout that will not let a clear penetrating sealer to soak into the grout.
